Corporate Services Directorate
The Corporate Services Directorate is responsible for overseeing Human Resources (HR), Administration, Finance, Corporate Communication, and Information Communication Technology (ICT). Its key functions include developing and implementing policies and strategies for HR, finance, ICT, and corporate communication. It manages HR processes such as recruitment, promotions, and performance appraisals while ensuring a sustainable workforce. Financial oversight involves budget management, financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation.
The Directorate also implements ICT systems to support operations and develops corporate communication strategies. Additionally, it monitors and evaluates policy implementation, analyzing issues related to HR, finance, and ICT to ensure effective governance.
The Finance and Accounts department is responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing financial policies and procedures. It establishes financial systems, ensures prudent financial management through controls, and analyzes policy issues. Additionally, it monitors policy implementation, prepares financial reports and statements, and advises management and the Board on financial matters. The department also oversees budget preparation, expenditure controls, financial investments, and asset management while consolidating resources to support programs.

Compliance & Legal Advisory – Ensuring adherence to labor laws and advising management on HR matters.

Employee Welfare & Discipline – Managing welfare schemes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Payroll & HR Systems – Overseeing payroll and HR information systems.

Workplace Management – Maintaining office facilities, equipment, security, and fleet management.

Support Functions – Coordinating transport logistics, occupational health & safety, and records management.
The ICT department is responsible for advising management on ICT policies and strategies, developing and implementing ICT frameworks, and keeping the Authority updated on new technological trends. It provides technical support, maintains ICT systems, and promotes innovation to improve efficiency. Additionally, it sets standards for ICT infrastructure, reviews system requirements, and ensures data security, backup, and recovery. The department also manages ICT acquisitions, safeguards data integrity, and maintains a business continuity plan to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Managing reputation risks and ensuring positive media relations.

Overseeing corporate communications, including social media, stakeholder engagement, and the production of informational materials.

Coordinating corporate events, publicity activities, and advising management on internal and external communication strategies.

Designing and executing the Authority’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
Corporate Communications ensures consistent and effective communication to maintain the Authority’s public image and stakeholder relations.
The Supply Chain Department is responsible for providing procurement advice to the CEO, developing and implementing procurement policies in line with legal frameworks (PPADA 2015), and coordinating supply chain management initiatives. It prepares annual procurement plans, maintains a supplier database, and ensures transparent publishing of procurement opportunities. Additionally, it oversees procurement processes, archives records, monitors contract implementation, submits mandatory reports, and acts as a liaison between service providers and the Authority.
