NACADA CSR in Nakuru

January 25, 2020

NACADA partnered with Seventh Day Adventist Church, Nakuru Central, and the Nakuru Drop-In Centre to donate sanitary towels to female substance use disorders clients drawn from humble backgrounds in Nakuru County. This was part of the Authority’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Mrs. Judith Twala, Counseling and Rehabilitation Manager, NACADA sensitized the clients on the importance of self-love and maintaining self-hygiene. As a token of acknowledgment of the challenges that female substance use disorders go through, sanitary towels were donated to all the women.

NACADA remains committed to the cause to ensure the project’s sustainability through public and private partnerships.
